When you submit information to open an account to either offer your digital download product for sale through the CpaArt services or you open an account to purchase or promote any products that are being offered by CpaArt, we may collect personal information including without limitation your name, address, email address, and phone number for the purpose of establishing an account with CpaArt, the collection of billing information for transaction processing, and recording the transactions when you engage in activities on our web site or through the CpaArt services. When creating an account as an Affiliate or Merchant on our site, if you wish to have payments wired to your bank account, we will ask you to submit Bank Account information to us in order to facilitate these payments. Upon request Revenuewire will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. If you have created a profile as a Merchant or Affiliate, you may login to your account with us and update the information there. You may update your email address from the ‘Profile’ link, and your other information from the ‘Setup’ link.
If you did not create a profile on www.cpaart.com, you may send us an email with your request to access your information at email@example.com. We will respond to these requests within a reasonable timeframe.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data.
